Mr. Watson Calls In To C-Span

Mr. Watson was watching C-Span, The Washington Journal. and was able to call in  and talk to David Oot with Save the Children.  Mr. Oot was speaking about the problem concerning child deaths in the developing countries.  They were both on the same page concerning the problem and the solution.  The community health care workers are the answer to the problems in the rural areas.  The needy children in these areas have never seen a doctor.  These trained health care workers can diagnose and treat 80% of the conditions killing the needy children in these rural areas.  Mr. Oot said that we were on the right track.
